Nice Jazz Festival

Regarded as one of the largest Jazz Festivals in Europe, the Nice Jazz Festival began its fame in 1948 thanks to the organization of Jacques Hebey.

Famed jazz artists such as Dizzy Gillespie, Miles Davis, Jimmy Cliff, and Sarah Vaughan have all shared the Nicois stage in the beautiful backdrop of the Cote d’Azur.

As one of the jewels of Nice’s cultural heritage,  the Nice Jazz Festival is one of the best venues to be able enjoy some of the world’s most gifted jazz musiciens up close and personal.

This years program will run from July 8-12th and is packed with 50 hours of music from 27 artists and 10 different genres. Performances by Deep Purple, The Gypsy Kings, Ed Motta & the Nice Orchestra Horns, Electro Deluxe and Richard Galliano and the Nice Jazz Orchestra, Dr John & the Nite Trippers featuring Sarah Morrow, Keziah Jones and De La Soul Live to name a few.
